March Established in Ikuno-Ku. Osaka by the name of Osaka Seimitsu Kikai Manufacturing Factory
1957
June Company was incorporated. (Capital: JPY600.000)
1960
November Moved to the new plant located in Mikuriya, Higashi- Osaka.
1969
March Increased capital to JPY40.0000.000.
1970
March Developed single flank gear rolling tester.
1971
April Signed production contract for automatic gear selecting system with Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry.
1972
June Developed computer-assisted automatic shape measuring instrument upon receipt of fiscal 1972 technical improvement subsidy (Ministry of International Trade and Industry).
August Developed gear analyzer.
1973
May Began streamlining production under the guidance of Osaka science and Technology Center.
1976
March Began streamlining production under the guidance of Osaka science and Technology Center.
1977
March Developed PCD-50 Polar coordinate dimensional measuring machine upon receipt of fiscal 1976 technical improvement subsidy (Ministry of International Trade and Industry).
1980
October Established Gear Measuring Center & Laboratory to respond to customer’s requests for gear measurement and engineering needs.
1981
April GC-HP series - profile, lead and pitch measuring instrument by electro-generatiive method - received JSME award from Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers.
1982
September Constructed machining factory upon receipt of new technology industrialization loan from Smaller Business Finance Corporation based on recommendation from the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency.
1983
February Increased capital to JPY65.000.000.
March Commended by the governor of Osaka Prefecture for commercializing inventions and creating innovative designs.
1985
May Developed GC-1HP - NC profile and lead measuring instrument for small gears.
1986
January Concluded financial contract with Japan Key Technology Center for development of gear tooth surface and curved surface measuring method
1987
June Developed CLP-35 - profile, lead and pitch measuring instrument by electro-generative method.

August Developed CLP-65.
1989
March Increased capital to JPY72.500.000.

October Developed data base gear grinding system (D.B.G.S.) and DBG-25B CNC gear grinder.

March Developed HyB-35 - hypoid gear measuring instrument.

February JAB ilac-MRA RCL0280 accreditation of "Gear Measuring Machine".
March Won silver price at the "8th Higashi Osaka Manufacturer Awards".
July A specific research and development planning certification, for integrating "the research and development of high-precision gear measuring machine and gear calibration system" was awarded by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
December Was selected for the intellectual infrastructure business subsidiary aid for small and medium-sized enterprises for the fiscal year 2006 by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
2007 January JAB ilac-MRA RCL0280, accreditation of "Gear Measuring Machine".
April IA Japan ilac-MRA JCSS0190, accreditation of "1D detector".
April Was selected again for the intellectual infrastructure business subsidiary aid for small and medium scale enterprises, for the fiscal year 2007 by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, for "Aiming at beginning the JCSS calibration businesses on Gears for the small and medium-sized enterprises."
July Was selected among the 300 active companies for the fiscal year 2007 and was awarded a thanks giving letter from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
August Was selected for the strategic degree of sophistication of the technology infrastructure support project sponsored research for the fiscal year 2007, for integrating "Research and Development of high-precision gear measuring machine and gear calibration systems".

March Certified and registered by ilac MRA IA Japan as Calibration Organization of "Gear ". (JCSS0190)
October Developed and introduced CLP-35DDS high accuracy gear measuring instrument with granite bed.
2010
January Developed DAT-1 high accuracy gear measuring instrument under contract with Sophistication support program of strategic key technology.
May Developed CLP-120 NC gear measuring instrument for large size gears.
August Developed CLP-35S gear measuring instrument.
2011
February Adopted DAT-1 as the calibration standard machine of GMC.
